What we collect

We collect only what you type into the booking form on this site: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and the details you choose to share about your business, the process you would like to automate, the software you use, and your preferred meeting time.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any other sensitive information anywhere on this site.

If you book a call using the calendar on this page, that booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider. You give them your name, email address and time zone, and they pass those details to us so the appointment can be arranged.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange an introduction call, and prepare for that conversation. That is the only purpose.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you filled in the booking form.

How it reaches us

Booking form submissions are recorded in a database we operate, hosted for us by a third-party infrastructure provider. We are also notified by email through a third-party email delivery provider, which processes that message on our behalf in order to send it.

Bookings made through the calendar reach us the same way: the scheduling provider notifies our system and the booking is recorded alongside other enquiries.

These providers operate servers that may be located outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed elsewhere and be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to retain it by law.

Cookies and analytics

We do not run analytics on this site and we do not use advertising trackers.

The booking calendar is embedded from a third-party scheduling provider. It loads only when you scroll far enough down the page to reach the booking section, and when it loads, that provider may set cookies in your browser and receive your IP address and browser details. That processing is theirs, under their own privacy policy, not ours. If you never reach the booking section, it never loads.

If we introduce analytics or advertising trackers in future — including any tracking pixel for social media advertising — we will update this page before doing so.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@operaiq.ca or call +1 365 724 5555 and we will handle the request directly.
